Of course, we understand that, exceptionally, something may come up that prevents you from picking up your order. Your order remains available for 2 weeks at our pickup point and can be picked up on the pickup days of the chosen pickup point always between 9am and 5: 30pm.
Nothing else needs to be done. If the period of pickup exceeds 2 weeks, it is best to contact our customer service via this link and with the subject "I have a question about my delivery, which I have not yet received"
