There are 2 possibilities:
You can email your original vendor to pass on an additional order, you can find his or her email address in your order. You are of course also welcome to drop by the showroom in person.
You can also order additional goods through MyImpermo, this can be done through the following steps
- You sign in with the information under which the original order happened
- Forgot your password? You can request a new password via ''Request Password'' or you can use the My Impermo link found in previous emails you received from us.
- You click on the tab 'Additional orders' on in your account, you will now get an overview of all the orders you have already placed with us.
- You open the order from which you wish to order something additional. Now you will get a full overview of the entire order.
- Using the trash can (to the right of the item), you can now go and remove items from the additional order. You leave what you wish to order additional and you can adjust numbers as you wish. Our system will automatically check if the goods are still available.
- You click on 'Continue' .
- You check the address information. Important: if you do not want delivery, but wish to collect the goods yourself, tick off 'Delivery to a different address' here
- You click on 'Go to next step'
- You probably want these goods as soon as possible, so you select 'Yes' when asked about the pickup date.
- You choose pickup/delivery and a date that is available/which suits you
- You pay for the order.
- After payment of the order is confirmed & you will automatically receive a confirmation email.
- Enjoy your purchase
The delivery time in both cases is two to three working days if the goods are in stock
