If payment through My Impermo is not successful, you can of course always make a transfer to one of the account numbers below. To be able to link your payment to your order we do ask you to mention your order number and customer number, which you find next to your name on the documents, on your bank transfer as reference.
For a transfer you should count about 3 working days before a transfer from a Belgian account is visible in our system and about 5 working days for foreign accounts. Via My Impermo, you can track your payment and as soon as the payment is visible in our system, you can schedule a date for your delivery or pickup.
