Damage? Don't worry, contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a replacement at the pickup point of your choice. Do take into account a breakage tolerance of 2%.
If a tile shows a visible defect you must not install it under any circumstances and you must contact Impermo immediately. We will then send a specialist on site. In such a case, we will immediately take back the tiles and exchange them for 100outless ones. See also the general and special conditions for more info.
