A fracture tolerance of 2% is always foreseen. These tiles will not be exchanged.
If there is more damage on your order, take pictures of it and mail them to klantendienst@impermo.be. Please also include your order number in the email and the number of tiles broken. After this, the customer service department handles the damage and sends you a new order. Then you can pick up the materials at a pickup point of your choice. If you can send clear pictures, the broken materials do not have to be returned and you can process them where applicable
